Sunday Inspiration: Seaside antiquing

I took a short Memorial Day weekend vacation about three hours south to Astoria, Oregon (founded in 1811) and went antiquing, wine tasting, beer tasting, and sight-seeing with friends. I was inspired by the seaside town's sights and smells, the antiques to be had on every corner, the ropes and buoys, and general nautical everything. 

For musical inspiration this week - Neko Case's People Got a Lotta Nerve. A Tacoma native and generally talented lady, this song always makes me feel nostalgic and dreamy.
