Orange You Glad













I don't wear orange (and never have) so you can imagine what a surprise it was to me when I discovered that I actually like it. Somehow this basic Loft tee (I wear a lot of them, I know) veered away from Halloween, pumpkins and construction worker by being just red enough to be trendy and just orange enough to be surprising. I loved it paired with the blue (I tried black and it did go Halloween immediately), perhaps because the colors are opposites on the spectrum and we all know how opposites attract. I thought that the outfit was best kept simple with such a bright wardrobe item and love the way it turned out.

    I recently fell in love with wearing orange, too! I do have to be careful to avoid Halloween-looking outfits! I really like it with blue, too!

    I love the mix of orange and navy, it packs a lot of punch but still looks SO good! The orange really plays up your pretty blue eyes and I love that you wore flats with this, it just adds to the effortless vibe!
