Isn't this the prettiest location you've ever seen? CP and I both took photos here the other da, as you can probably tell from her previous post, and though it was pouring rain and dark outside (these photos are deceiving) and my camera was getting a dangerous bath, the shoot came out great.
I just returned from a whirlwind trip to Portland and am groggy and headache-y enough to prove that we spent last night driving and too much time in the cold wind yesterday. My boyfriend was invited to interview at Oregon Health Sciences University for medical school and so we rushed down on Tuesday night, stayed at a crummy hotel, and then I dropped him off at his all-day interviews yesterday morning. I spent the day at the Portland Rose Garden, wandering the Pearl District, doing a lot of window shopping (hello boutiques with all Acne products and oh my god, Jack Spade!) with my boyfriend's mom. We had a lovely time, snagging lunch from a delicatessen adjacent to a sunny square, eating pretzels at the Deschutes brewpub, and sifting through old antiques at some cute repurposed stores. Back to the grind today, though, and let's hope I can get through it without dozing off!
I have this exact same scarf and I never thought to wear it with green! Genious lol It looks so great!
