Blushing Easter

Happy Easter weekend, all! If you, like me, have already eaten your weight in Cadbury mini eggs then you're also welcoming the end of this candy season and some grocery store relief. The house here is full of yellow daffodils, chocolate bunnies, tulip bouquets, and brightly colored jars of candy, so I'd say we're entirely set to celebrate Easter in style. I actually wore this outfit to work with a floral cardigan but think it's a great look for Easter - soft, feminine, and easy to consume candy in! :)

The weather here is setting some kind of unprecedented loveliness (and near-record highs) so we're expecting about seventy degrees on Easter and generally sunny, warm temps for the rest of the weekend. Ben and I have a bunch of plans on the horizon - a kinda-birthday celebration for both Ben and CP's husband (it's barbecue themed, so we have pulled pork in the slow-cooker) tonight, a visit from Ben's brother on Sunday, and are hoping to squeeze in picnicking in the warm park as well.
