I don't know about you, but I am ready to start wearing my boots again. I know that might be painful for some of you summer-lovers to read, but there is magic in Fall that you can't deny. Crisp air, the smell of cold weather rolling in, foggy mornings, wanting to crawl into bed early and rise late, new leather boots, camel colored coats, and plaid scarves. Oh and chai and pumpkins decorating stoops and, I've gotten ahead of myself here. And I'm sorry if I've accidentally jinxed the entire long summer you were all hoping for.
Before we get to Fall, though, we have the painful transitional months to get through first. The humid days, the wet days, the windy days, and the downright cold mornings that turn into ninety degree afternoons. Perhaps, we can take pastel through the whole year, paired with dark wool skirts, grey pencils, and black coats.
