Weekend in Blue

Ben and I spent the weekend in Eugene and snapped these photos while in between different visits and family activities. It was perfectly sunny that day and I was able to wear my shirtdress with no tights, comfortably. Oh to step out into the almost-summery weather, bare-legged and ready for all of the seasons to follow. We're hardly into April and we had our first seventy degree day today - warm streets packed with people, sunglasses and bright shoes on every path.

To be fair, tomorrow is supposed to be miserably rainy, fifty degrees, and the start of a 10-day stint of bad weather. In like a lion, out like a lamb. I suppose we lambed into the lion portion of spring and my warm-weather attire needs to take a back-closet hanger for a few more weeks at least.
